Safety first
Safety is our number one priority. Our goal is to create a safe, positive learning environment for everyone. If you become a safety hazard to yourself or to others, or repeatedly fail to follow instructions/directions, you will be dropped out of the class. There is no guarantee of successful completion.
Refunds/Cancelations
JMST has a no refund policy. We provide a service, not a product. In order to avoid a $50 processing fee, contact JMST at 904-292-2121 or email admin@jmst.com 7 days prior to the scheduled class. For reschedules/cancellations within 48 hours of the start of class, there will be a $100 processing fee. Keep in mind, you have to complete your BRC course within 30 days of completing the eCourse or you will have to retake the eCourse.
Behavioral
Everyone is expected to conduct themselves in a professional manner, else you will be asked to leave.
Late/No Show/Dropped/Failure to complete
NO refunds will be given to a student whom shows up late, does not show at all, is dropped from the course by the instructors or they decide themselves not to continue. You can come back through class after paying the rescheduling fee and as long as we have an open seat available in order to complete your course.
We reserve the right to cancel any scheduled class or change start end times at our sole discretion due to inclement weather or any natural disaster that could impact the safety. Classes will be rescheduled and students accommodated as best we can at no additional fee/cost.
